This professional development training programme is designed to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to effectively and efficiently manage maintenance operations within an approved AMO. The programme includes a number of illustrative examples and activities to facilitate practical understanding and competence development.
• Define aircraft maintenance and related terms.
• Briefly discuss the organisational setup, management system, and exposition of an AMO.
• Explain what aircraft maintenance planning and management entails.
• Produce an aircraft maintenance work schedule and package.
• Outline pertinent aircraft maintenance records documentation and control requirements.
• State and briefly discuss key considerations in aircraft maintenance inventory and supply chain management.
Engineers, supervisors, managers, post holders, and other technical management personnel within an AMO. In particular, the programme is suitable for personnel who are new to the subject matter, or are already familiar with the fundamentals of the subject but require formal training to improve their knowledge and practical skill set.
• Pre-course learning consists of short study to prepare the candidate for the training.
• Series of instructional presentation, videos and exercises are a part of Classroom immersion.
• Daily quiz is implemented to corroborate the learning journey.
• Participants have to complete the pre-course test before entering the classroom. This is to validate their pre-course learning.
• Participants have to complete post course test as well which is essential to validate their learning journey during the classroom immersion.
