Jeruel Global, owned and operated by Learn 4.0 LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Jeruel Global"), requires full payment of the invoiced amount no later than 5 (five) business days from the date of invoice, which is issued upon the completion and return of the registration form. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or online bank transfer. We accept online payments using any credit card in USD. If you make a payment for our products or services through our website or the link provided during registration, the details you submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The stated amount is exclusive of Withholding Tax and other duties, taxes, and transfer-related charges, which, if applicable, are payable by the client in addition to the stated amount. Payment must be received prior to the event date. The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and merchant policies and rules. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received. Cheque payments at the event will not be accepted.
All cancellations, postponements, and substitutions must be communicated via email to the official email address provided in the registration form. You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice no less than 8 (eight) days prior to the event to Jeruel Global. For any cancellations received via email to our official email address no less than ten (10) days (inclusive of business and holidays) prior to the event, you will receive a 90% credit to be used at another Jeruel Global event, which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by Jeruel Global for all permitted cancellations. A 100% cancellation fee will be levied if the cancellation takes place within nine (9) days (inclusive of business and holidays) of the event. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within nine (9) days (inclusive of business and holidays) of the event date. No refund will be given for delegates that do not show up at the event.
If Jeruel Global cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Jeruel Global event to be mutually agreed upon, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation. If Jeruel Global postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Jeruel Global event to be mutually agreed upon, which must occur within one year from the date of postponement. Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Jeruel Global reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
In rare cases, we may consider a refund, subject to the terms. Any refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days after the request is approved. Please note that the actual crediting of funds to your account may vary depending on your bank and payment method.
The copyright, intellectual property, and design rights of the learning materials are the property of Jeruel Global and its expert trainers. They cannot be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent from Jeruel Global.
Clients must conform to and comply with the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures as laid down by Jeruel Global or its partner organizations when the course is delivered in leased premises. Breaches of these policies and procedures may result in the client being suspended or excluded from the course and premises.

Jeruel Global is not responsible for anyloss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, orcancellation/postponement of an event. Jeruel Global shall not be liable toclients or be deemed to be in breach of any agreement it has concluded with themfor any delay in performing or failure to perform any of Jeruel Global’sobligations in respect of the services if the delay or failure was due to anycause such as an act of God, war, warlike activities, fire, storm, explosion,national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lockout, civil disturbance, actualor threatened violence by any terrorist group, newly enacted law or regulation,or any other cause not within the control of Jeruel Global. For the purpose ofthis, a “Force Majeure Event” means any event arising that is beyond thereasonable control of Jeruel Global including (without limitation) speaker orparticipant cancellation or withdrawal, supplier or contractor failure, venuedamage or cancellation, health scares, industrial dispute, governmentalregulations or action, military action, fire, flood, disaster, civil riot, actsof terrorism, or war. These terms and conditions shall apply in respect of anyrearranged or rescheduled Conference organized by Jeruel Global pursuant tothis Condition.
